Conti GP 4 season

these tires are great, haven't found any better, last years set had 0 flats on the front and only 2-3 on the rear, and about 2500 miles on them so far, should get another month or so on them before I put the new ones on.

The roads I travel are littered with glass and debris. I'm no slouch at changing a tire but absolutely love not having to do it! Buy them, you'll like them.

Excellent all weather tyre

Excellent all whether Tyre with excellent grip. Also the Tyre is very strong and resilient to flats. When checking what Tyre to get for winter all my friends recommended this model.

Super tyres

I have used these tyres for the last few winter seasons and they are great, hard wearing and grippy. Punctures have been few and far between.

Best clinchar tyre!

I am using this tyre mostly for winter time but I find it to be the best all around tyre I have ever used. Great puncture resistnance, great ride quality and nothing but satisfaction. The only con is the price but it is a pill you can swallow if this is the only tyre you will use in the 4500 KM..

I ride 100 to 150 miles per week on glass and debris littered roads. These tires have given me miles of good rides with no flats. What else can I ask for. Thanks.

No need to look for any other tyre

OK, I wouldn't race on these. But for my commute/winter train/utility bike I haven't bothered putting any other tyre on it for years now, these are such good all-rounders. Good grip, durable, not light, but not overly heavy or 'dead' feeling either. Just great reliable all purpose tyres.

tough and grippy

I decided to upgrade to winter tyres after having 3 punctures on the same bit of cycle path in the space of a week (basically since the weather turned and autumn made the paths all leafy). I had been running Panracer Passela tyres which up until now I thought were perfectly fine. Its not until you switch to a premium tyre like the GP 4 season do you actually appreciate the benefits of them. A steep section on which my previous tyres always lost traction (even in the dry) I now grip all the way (it was wet today) and the increased efficiency actually makes my commute feel easier. The bike feels generally more nimble (possibly less rolling resistance - they also come up a bit narrower and lower volume than the passelas of supposedly the same 28mm width). Ride quality isn't unduly affected but then I was running quite high pressures before and the skinny old steel frame makes the ride pretty supple anyway. Just running my finger over the surface of the tread I can feel its actually a softer and more sticky rubber compound. Wet cornering also feels safer. I traversed the section of path where all the punctures occurred without issue so although I've only ridden them once I can alerady testify to their attributes.

Great set of tires, Brought these to help reduce the never ending punchers I have been getting this season on the bike. So far so good, very gripy and well worth the money I spent on them.
