Superior Comfort

5

Got the 32mm versions of the 4 seasons. Low pressure required 55psi rear 50psi front for 70kg rider. All the road buzz disappears from our NZ "chip and seal" roads!! If you can fit them on your bike highly recommended as a winter or commuting tyre. Tests say they are as tough as Gatorskins but with much better wet grip and compliance.

Best tyres you can buy!

5

Continental Grand Prix 4 season tyres are in my opinion the best tyres money can buy. I ride 7.5k miles a year and have only had 2 punctures in 3 years. I am 90 kg and ride all the local Scottish Glens both summer and winter. Good wearing tyre at around 2-2.5k miles, extremely puncture resistant and very good in the wet. Some reports suggest the rolling resistance is 10 watts harder to push but using them all the time have never noticed any disadvantage. Five stars!

Best tyres end of

Used these for years on several bikes and these are the best. Very good grip, low rolling resistance, great puncture protection. Just buy them.

Great tyres

This is the third set of tyres I have brought good road holding in all weathers, the last two pairs have done nine thousand miles and you can count the number of punctures on one hand

Fast delivery and a great deal

5

I wanted some winter tyres and these were my choice. The price and speed of delivery were impressive. Thank you. The tyres themselves fitted easily and after initial concerns over the 'flat spots' on unrolling they settled and assumed a very even profile. Early days yet but grip and comfort both seem great.

Reliable Tyres

5

Had a set of these which I used all year round and lasted 5,000 miles+. I recently replaced these with the Vittoria Rubina Pros and after less than 300 miles, a side wall blew in a sportive. Have since gone back to the Grand Prix 4 Seasons, a tough tyre, offering decent grip in the wet and a reasonable rolling resistance.

Happy

5

Have used Continentals for the last 5 years or so but mainly Grand prix 40000s. Decided to give these a try for my winter bike as more suited to winter riding according to the continental chart. Also went for a 25mm rear for a change. Very happy so far, have been out in some very wet conditions and they roll fine yet seem grippy enough on corners and when stopping. Over some fairly bad roads they give a comfortable ride as long as you avoid the potholes obviously and so far no punctures. No tyre expert but I'm happy with these for winter training so far.

The best 4 seasons tire.

5

Upgraded from Vittoria rubino pro. The tire has more grip on dry or wet surfaces, rolling better and no flats so far.

GP 4 Seasons

5

There are of course well known quality winter tyres. I've only ridden 4 or 5 times on them so far, so longevity and puncture resistance over the longer term remains unknown, but so far, these have just felt really nice tyres - good grip and roll well - they don't feel like heavy duty winter tyres (and hopefully they are puncture resistant!)
