No More Flats!

I am the "official" tire changer during our weekend group rides that involve between 30-40 riders in our A and B groups. I used to change 3-4 flat tires every weekend ride. Some of the Riders starting asking me why I never seemed to get flats? I told them I had started using the Gatorskin Tires and the flat tires disappeared. We now have about 80% of the group riding on them and it has made the ride much more enjoyable now that we almost never stop for flat tires. I do have a few useful tips: 1. The tires do have a direction of rotation arrow, make sure you mount them correctly. 2. If you like 23mm tires, you will love riding the 25mm tires. 3. Use about 10 psi less in the tires (approx 100 psi vs 110psi) for a smoother ride 4. Inspect your tires and pull out any small bits of glass or rock as they will eventually work their way through to the tube. 5. Store you bike indoors to avoid premature weathering of your tires. 6. Ride safe and keep the rubber side down.

Great tires, the 25mm can handle any weather without sacrificing speed. Bought them for winter riding in New England, and for a road race which includes gravel roads. Highly recommend. Best price worldwide from probikekit

Gatorskins - Best Training Tire

The only tire I ride. Almost never get a flat. ProKit always has the best price too. A win win.

Great Training Tire

5

I've been using these in the 25mm width as my daily training tire for about 5 years. The 25s ride a little smoother and faster than the 23s and are a bit more durable, probably because I can run them at a lower pressure (f105; r 110, I weigh 180). I get about 2000 miles on the rear and between 2500 and 3000 on the front, and change out well before any cords or casing shows. The ride is a bit rough (smoothest on the 25s), but that's the trade-off for a bullet-proof casing. The only downside is that handling in the rain is a bit sketchy (not horrible), so I take it easy through corners. A confidence inspiring tire that won't leave you stranded in the boonies on your long training rides.

Absolutely love these tires. M They are pretty much indestructible. Great price and fairly quick delivery. What more can you ask for.

Great winter tyre

Very little gets through these tyres - I've been using them for years on my winter bike and have had very few punctures. They're hard-wearing, too, and grip well in the wet.

I bought these tyres on a reccomendation from a friend, as I was after some winter tyres, And I have not be disappointed, theyre extremely grippy. And disperse the water (and snow!!!) efficiently... Follow that up with a great price, and it all adds up to a fantastic deal

These tires are known for their durability and best known for their puncture resistive qualities. I'm currently using them for Winter training rides.
