First SPD-SL pedal

This is my first road bike pedal. So far I've used PD-M520 pedal and I have to get used to it because it's a little harder to untie. (Yes, I set the spring tension to the lightest position :) )

Pedals and Cleats for the same price as Cleats from LBS!

I had a pair of these pedals for about 10 years and they were completely trouble free. Was going to get new cleats, but pedals and cleats together cost the same as cleats only from the LBS. Nice pedals, good wide platform, easy clip in - lots to like

These are great pedals. I have them on my two long distance bikes and put about 10k miles on my other set and decided I need this new set for a second bike I recently got. They clip in and out easily and give enough side movement to allow you to be comfortable. I have never had to adjust or do any work on these either so they are well made, too

Best Road Pedal Value

Have used these for years on my tri bike. The sealed bearings hols up fine to the wet-even salt water. I've put several thousand miles on these with no issues. They function just like my 105 & Ultegra pedals, but weigh just a bit more and do not wear quite as well. Sure there are no replacement parts available, but so what? At a cost just over what Shimano now charges for the cleats alone, these pedals are are about the best value in bicycling today!

I'm new to biking and very new to clipless pedals. These where easy to fit and they are really easy to use with a bit of practise. I cant fault them after 3 week of use every day. My first time dealing with PBK and the service was great.
