Convenient!
4Great little tablets that are provide a noticeable rehydration. Handy to have away from home or on the go because of the tub. A bit fizzy when first dissolved, but otherwise a great product that are very drinkable

Great for preventing cramp but don't forget your carbs!
5As previous reviewers mention, this is great for preventing cramps etc on long rides/runs and they taste great too. But don't forget they contain pretty much zero carbs and therefore you will not get any energy boost from them. I use them to supplement a carb drink when doing tough sessions.

even if i paid extra for delivery (btw in value of actual product), i WOULDN'T GET IT ON TIME as it was NOT IN STOCK shortly after i submitted my order.
i still don't get it how could that happen?
yeah, LETS BLAME IT SYSTEM...

Very portable and convenient to use. The caffeine indeed gave an extra kick, however I do not recommend to people with elevated blood pressure.
I use zipvit elite at the beginning of the ride and high five zero when refilling.. I tend to mix my drink with less powder to get more water taste to it.. (just my preference)
Very good for century rides..

Great alternative to normal sports drinks + helps cramps

I first tasted these tablets as part of a trial pack and quickly ordered one of the citrus flavoured tubes once I found out that they tasted reasonably nice, and helped with a persistent problem with calf cramps.
I've since moved on to the berry/caffeine tabs which I prefer the flavour of (kinda tastes like flat redbull), and provides a nice little kick. Still don't have any problems with cramps.
No downsides apart from them fizzing, and occasionally copping some spray if the bidon is closed when the tab is first put in.

Awesome product, especially when your refilling along your route.
5This product has really helped keep me stay hydrated on both short and long rides, but what I love the most about it is the portability of the tablets. Whenever I know I'm going to have to refill a bottle at a park drinking fountain I always take these along. They freshen the taste of any water helping to keep me stay hydrated with the added bonus of electrolytes.

Excellent low cal hydration tabs

These have a number of things going for them:
- Excellent value - 20 tabs for this price is amazing
- low cals so you can dedicate energy intake to gels and control the intake that way
- good for travelling to hot climates and adding to water (outside of your training)
- pleasant taste for all flavours (although the caffeine one is a bit odd)
What to watch out for:
- bidon fizzing at high pressure if you add the tab and then seal the nozzle, it will 'burp' in your face
- dont rely on it as an energy source alone as you will hit the wall on really long rides. You need to combine with gels.

Good taste, works well
5I really like the ease of the tabs. Pop them in a bottle and there is no worry about how it mixes up. I much prefer the taste to any other sports drink I have tried and I'm finding it's causing me to finally hydrate at a proper rate.
