4i really like the taste of lemon, it's tasty enough and it help reduce cramp. 2 cap in a 750ml bottle and you've got an easy tastefull drink

Maybe ok
4Got some for free in my last PBK-package. Ok taste, could have been more taste, even with the adviced mix with water. From what I see, great price too.. Maybe it will prevent cramps, but im not the one to ask.

worthwhile addition

After getting a few free samples I started using them on shorter rides where I'd only use plain water. I liked the taste and I didn't feel quite as "spent" at the end of a hard ride.
For longer rides I started mixing them w/ whatever drink mix I usually use and it seems to be working quite well. I haven't had cramping issues on long rides in hot temps since I started this combination.

Great taste, prevents cramping
5These tabs are a godsend. They're cheap (thanks PBK!), they taste great (tried three flavors so far, all except grapefruit, and they're all good) and they don't have any calories so they don't taste disgustingly sweet like other products. Stick with the normal tabs, the fruit flavored caffeinated ones taste terrible.

5These are my favourite electrolyte tabs and possibly the cheapest as well which is a bonus!, I have tried all the flavours and found the cherry orange to be the best but all are nice. Seems to work and they are certainly better than water on its own. Good value.

4I really enjoy the taste of the tabs. It is easier to put a tab is the bottle than powder. It gives me the boost a need to my training (1 h). Recommend.

5I can't vouch for the other flavours available but mixed berry is great and citrus pretty good too. Really handy for long summer rides. Store them in some foil, fill your bottle with fresh water and then pop 1 or 2 tabs into your bottle depending on the size of the bottle and how strong you like it. My no.1 choice..

A Must for Long Rides in Summer!
4I'm not big on using CHO based drinks all the time especially when I'm monitoring my weight so I find these electrolyte Tabs the best substitute. They allow for fluid and electrolyte consumption without the extra calories. The taste isn't exceptional but they don't have sugar in so you can't be too picky.
