Great wheels
4What a change from my stock wheels. They are so light it feels like the frame floats above the road. Great quality. Nice understated looks. I just found minor paint chips on some spokes and the decals on the rims do not 100% adhere well. Happy with the purchase overall.

Ultegra Wheel upgrade
5Appearance: Up close it has a great fit and finish, overall looks are subdued, no flashy graphics or shiny bits. If you want to appear fast-n-fancy you'll need a different wheel. Performance (Compared to Mavic Aksium, same tires): Great lateral stiffness, very noticeable when charging hard or hill climbing, a bit harsher ride, freewheel is quiet, and I get the impression they roll better. Nicest skewers I’ve ever owned. Pricing: High quality product at a very substantial discount. Hard to beat this price/performance ratio. Shipping: Arrived to western USA in 10 business days, typical of all my Probikekit purchases. Package received unblemished.

Ultegra 6800 wheelset
4Love the wheels. They are 26 grams heavier then quoted (1666g no skewers). They are really stiff and responsive. The downside for some riders would be the comfort as you feel everything you roll on. The wheels hubs are the quietest i have ever experienced and are really smooth. The bladed spokes looks really high quality but i heard some pops and the wheels are maybe half a mm out of true which i think is normal for the time they adjust. Be aware that tires are incredibly hard to fit on these rims (two blooded finger tips are the proof!). The wheels look like jewels and i would not hesitate one moment to buy again.

Great all round (sic) wheel.
4As a heavier rider, I wanted a lighter quicker to spin up wheel that would cope with Northumberland roads without needing adjusting every time I hit a pothole. These seem to be fairly bombproof. They are stiffer than their construction would lead you to expect feeling as robust as a 36 spoke touring wheel. I haven't put any big miles in yet but they deliver that all importanty confidence when descending at speed. Performance wise, whilst not in the same league as an out and out racing wheel, in terms of a balance between low inertia and longevity, it's an out and out winner. As I suspect most users will, I fitted a tubed clincher. Despite being told thast these rims can make tyre fitting awkward, I was able to fit without levers. Just ensure the opposite bead is in the well. I am delighted with these wheels which are outstanding value for money. They come complete with spoke keys, tubeless valves and spacer for fitting 8-10 speed cassettes. Why haven't I awarded 5 stars if I'm so p[leased? Simply that in order to earn that they need to survive 2 years of hard road use to be elegable. At present I see no reason why that shoulkd not be the case.

4Superb wheels. Only downside is that when you opt to use them with clinchers ( I dont want to go 'tubeless') and inner tubes, the clinchers are very difficult to get on. Apart from that 5*****

amazing wheels
5I bought these as an upgrade for my giant defy 1, these wheels are top draw, very fast,light and robust and they look the dogs. I got these on offer which makes it even better, the delivery was super fast and I will definitely buy from probike

Great Wheels
5Great Wheels for all round cycling. Good on hills as well as the flats. They also spin really smoothly and have a quiet free hub, which I like. These wheels are based on the Dura Ace C24 and are very similar to mine C24 7830s. The rim is slightly deeper and spoke count and pattern is the same as the Dura Ace. You may want to replace the skewers as they weigh in at 123 grams each. I did weigh the wheels and they come in at 1645 grams. I am not running tubeless and find the tires a little bit harder to get on but getting the tire off is okay. This is due to the wheels being tubeless and it is no real big deal.

Rolling Onward
5I spent a long time deciding what wheel set to purchase and am Happy with my decision. The 6800 wheels are 11 speed ready (10 speed adapter is included). They are nice looking. Hubs look tough. I like the straight pull spokes. I am 255 lbs and have ridden over 300 miles in last 2 weeks. I have hit a few potholes and am Still Rolling True.
