Disappointment
2After receiving this item, I went to try them on. The strap ripped when I tried pulling it over my shoulder. I was disappointed. The return/refund process was easy though.

Great Quality
5Lovely snug fitting bibshorts Nice and light with quality fabrics I followed others in going one size up, from my usual gear, and so glad i did! You do need patience putting these shorts on as you need to squeeze into them, especially when putting the straps on. Everything feels very very snug initially but once tried on a couple of times and washed they loosen up a little and feel great when on the bike and not tight at all. Ref: 5ft 10in, 75kg bought Large for a snug fit

Very Good Shorts
4I bought a large and they fit a little smaller than the BODYFIT PRO LTD BIB SHORTS. At 73 kg/175 cm, the straps are tight while standing but are comfortable on the bike. The chamois is great, and the leg grippers (silicone tape-style) are comfortable.

great shorts
5GREAT SHORTS!!!! I don't know why others are reviewing these so badly, but I use these shorts pretty much exclusively for any ride lasting 2.5+ hours. In general, i've found Sportful tailor their kit for skinnier riders. I'm 1.9 m tall and 88 kilos, which puts me into an XL. The fabric does not stretch as much as traditional lycra, so getting the sizing right is critical. The snug compression around the thighs is really nice for big long days. The thicker chamois is good for my weight and doesn't compress after a full day of riding. The styling is a little basic, but black shorts are black shorts.

NOT Total Comfort....
1I pruchased a pair of the total comfort bibs a couple of years ago and they have been fabulous....i purchaed a M....this year i purchased a M from a different website and couldnt even get them on....so when i saw these guys had them in Large i ordered....how disappointing....what have Sportful done....the pad looks and feels the same...one of the best pads out there....but they have ruined this by making the straps short...i noticed another reviewer said his broke when he put them on and im not surprised....they were tight when i put mine on....Sportful really need to get out and look at a human and maybe measure one as well....very very very disappointed....

TOTAL COMFORT?
1Unfortunately, I had to give only one star rating here...the main reason is the high product price that created very high expectations , overalls the quality is good but not exceptional. Same quality with CASTELLI base products that cost half price , the 18 mm pad is nothing more than a gimmick and the marketing and sales department is working Great ! but the pad is no different from the 15mm kiss air 2 as reference , the bib in the front is very high which prevents you from toilet if necessary. very expensive product that gives nothing compared half priced products
