Excellent Product

Hydrates better than plain water. Tastes good and fresh too. I have been using High5 Zero Electrolyte Tablets for a long time. I'm really impressed with the results. They keep me push more and more on the road...

Great drink mix

I like this product since it contains no artificial compounds, dissolves quickly and completely. It tastes good, bought the berry and cherry - orange flavours. I add honey as a healthy source of carbohydrates.

Handy and refreshing

Easy to carry a tube of these in your pocket on long rides for when you need a refill. I find the taste quite refreshing - unlike the sweetness of many other products. I use 1.5 per 750ml bidon, and the tablets are easy to split in half. Because they have no sugar, you can add your own to taste or just rely on having real food.

Good Value Energy Tablets

I've used these tablets in my water bottle for a couple of years now but normally they've cost me in excess of £6 for 20. So to get them for under £5 with free postage was a bit of a no-brainer. Now I dont know whether these things work, but they do encourage you to take on water as it basically tastes better with them in it. But I like to think they do work so I use them in at least one of my bottles. Give em a go and make your own mind up

These tablets are great. The moment I start to feel thirsty I have a swig and the dry throat is gone. They stop my leg muscles from cramping which allows me to keep going because I don't like to stop more than once on a ride.

I have now tried all flavours and like them all...I use 1 1/2 tablets per 800ml bottle which seems to work well...I sweat a lot and find this helps stay hydrated...more so as the average temp is over 30c at the moment
