Power fuel
5I used these years ago for training for a marathon. Now years and stones later i started using them to help lose weight while working in a warehouse. My power fuel i use every day consists of one of these tablets, a berroca or similar and the juice of a lemon and a lime all slooshed together in a juice bottle. The energy it provides has helped me go from couch potato to one of the hardest workers in the warehouse. I've only tried the berry and flavour-wise it is nice.

High5 Sports Zero X'treme tablets
5ProBike sent me a sample once and I have been using these since. I live in a place with high heat and high humidity during summer months and feel like adding this tablet to my water bottle is a plus.

Very effective - good value
5Like a lot of the High5 range of nutrition products I've tried over the past couple of years I was not disappointed with the these tablets. The added boost from the caffeine was noticeable (and much appreciated) especially on longer, hillier rides. Well worth trying and, at these prices, always good value.

Excellent drink tabs
5Being from outside the UK ( Seattle, USA) I never encountered these for sale. I received a sample with an order from PBK. I have tried several different "fizz tab" brands (Nuun, Hammer, etc) and I would rate High5 at or near the top as far as flavor goes. My favorite would be berry. The tabs dissolve readily and the drink tastes great well into long rides. Does the caffeine make a difference? I think so, especially when I use it to wash down a caffeinated gel before a miserable time trial. I haven't had the chance to put these to the ultimate test in hot summer stage races, but if I end up in an ambulance with severe cramps, I'll let you all know

Great Hydration
5I first tried these with a sample I got from probikekit.com. I notice a little boost in my ride that day because of the caffeine. I have since ordered more and like them a lot.

Perfect hydration
5When you just want hydration (with a caffeine pick me up ) this is the go. Light pleasant taste & doesn't leave your bottles or hydration pack sticky or mouldy or leave lumps like powders can. No calories to speak of so lets you tailor your drinking based on hydration & leave your energy requirements to gels & bars etc.
