4These shoes are really good. Being able to mount SPD and SPD-SL cleats is great coz I can swap them over when the rain is pouring down and use my shoes on my indoor bike. I'm certainly no pro but I like to train every day. These shoes are versatile and reasonably priced. Works for me.

4New to clipless pedals but happy about the purchase. Comfortable to wear and the tightening mechanism is easy to use. Overall pretty satisfied.

Nice upgrade from Shimano R088
5I previously had Shimano R088 shoes, which were comfortable, but getting a bit old in the tooth. After receiving these new RP500 shoes, there is a pretty significant difference in power, acceleration, although they are slightly less comfortable. The instep of the shoe is kind of odd, so the first strap and the top ratchet end up looking far more "tightened" than the middle strap for me. It's also hard to just slip these on and go because of the odd sideways tongue. However, once you get used to these bits, the shoe is a big upgrade. The power delivery is wonderful and you can really feel the stability when you stand up and sprint. Overall, happy with my purchase.
