Great value

Good value jacket. Perfect for late autumn early spring. Wind blocking torso helps keep you warm and dry while breathable arms prevent overheating and sweatiness.

PBK elite winter jacket

5

Brought a large (183cm tall, chimpy arms) and it fits very well, quite snug with a base layer and a sleeveless jersey. have been out in quite cold conditions with nasty windchill etc and felt very comfortable and didn't get soggy on the inside. Mist and drizzle stayed on tehoutside. Very pleased as I feel I can face up to grotty looking weather and say "so what" and get out and enjoy myself. I use a mixed bag of cheaper stuff for commuting, but this jacket is a much different beast and very much worth the outlay for my weekend outings.

Quality Jacket!

5

Bought this as it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for and the reviews were all positive. The jacket is of a very high quality and looks the part. I am 5"10, 79kgs and normally take a size medium in most clothes. Went for a Large in this jacket and love the fit. The arms are quite long but can't fault the fit elsewhere. Am looking forward to some cold evenings on my bike with this beauty keeping me nice and toasty!

The PBK Elite Winter Cycling Jacket is a great product. The stretch fabric provides a comfortable fit, is windproof and warm on minimum temp days. I would recommend it.

Excellent value and performance

5

I searched hard and long on the web, for an expensive well made winter jacket that would be the perfect jacket. PBK have come up with an excellent valued top performance winter jacket to which I purchased based on the 4 previous reviews and saved me a lot of money. I cannot fault this jacket based on cost and purpose. I bought the XXL for my 6.0' 95kg frame and fits with no restriction especially in the gut area! The thermo-stretch is a god send. Did a 3-4 hour ride in misted fog and could see the droplets repelling off the jacket keeping me warm and dry and no issues with comfort. I used to wear a fleece winter jacket but found my lower neck and top of my shoulders would ache from the wind chill, but not anymore thanks to its windproof properties. Cliche I know, but buy it and you won't be disappointed.

Can't fault it

4

I'm 6'3" and 73kg i.e. tall and slim and the large fits perfectly. Keeps the relentless showers out but may want to slip a rain shell on for heavier rain. Total waterproofness isn't what you're paying for though. It keeps you warm in the cold (coldest i've been out so far is 3degrees) with a baselayer underneath.
Fantastic jacket, only gripe is a colour choice would be good. Something more visible would be preferable given the northern weather.

Una giacca di valore

5

I haven't tried it in freezing or sub-zero temperatures yet, but it certainly kept me warm and comfortable in a windy 5 - 7 degrees. There was also no boil-in-the-bag feeling after an hour or more. With a good baselayer under it who needs to spend £100 more to get the same effect? It looks good and offers excellent value.
