Warm mesh

Fantastic base layer. Couldn’t believe how a mesh shirt could keep me so warm. I bought the Large/extra large option as Castelli are designed for small people. I wear a large jersey with other brands and this shirt is snug.

Castelli mesh base layer

Castelli is what Castelli is & this base layer is exactly what you'd expect of the brand. Sizes (for an Englishman) are always on the smaller side so make sure you order bigger than you think as it'll probably be a better fit. Excellent wicking qualities keep you dry whilst the base layer has kept me warm on spring rides & cool in the warmer weather. You get what you pay for certainly rings true with this quality garment. A+

Castelli cool

This vest looks good and does the job perfectly. I usually buy large being 180cm and 70kgs in racing trim - perfect fit and length. I've used it in a spinning class to save my blushes under bib shorts - Great comfort in what is a very intense class. Back on the road under a merino wool long sleeve top it definitely moves your sweat away from the skin so you feel comfortable on a fast paced winter ride in full Castelli sub zero kit . Looking forward to testing it on the climb up Sa Collobra in May - the heat between the rocks can break your will and I think this vest will do the trick.

Great shirt to stay cool

I currently just cycle at the gym. I burn between 900-1000 calories in an hour, so it gets pretty hot and sweaty; since I am in the gym I don't wear a jersey, so I wear this under a t-shirt which comes off. This does a great job of keeping the sweat off and keeping me cool; I hate the feeling of sweat running down.
