Decent light for pitch dark riding
4I bought this light in order to do some cycling in the countryside at night. Clearly, it is doing the job, as the brightest mode will give you a lot of light to almost feel like you're riding in plain day light. Also the attach is quite nice as it fits perfectly on normal handlebars as well as an aero cockpit. However, on this mode, the light by itself lasts just 1h. With the power pack, you can extend it to 1h30-1h45 in continuous max light, but the battery pack does not charge the main light fast enough to do more than that and then you will have to switch to a mode that consumes less energy. So clearly if you want to go for a very long ride, you will need to switch between modes and only use the strong one when needed, and switch to less powerfull ones when climbing.

Power Drive Stays Alive.
5Bought this kit for my winter fat bike. Have used it briefly on two rides and has been on my bike for about 4 off road rides. Mounting system seems great right now with very little movement of the light due to vibration and shock of trail riding. I have not had to re charge yet and the standby charge seems quite good. Have yet to utilize the power pack. Very good price on close out. No problems with delivery to Canada even with Canada Post staging rotating strikes. Arrived within the stated time without extra fees or custom charges via standard delivery.

5Good light, very good range, easy to use, easy to charge. Good for MTB night ride in forest.
