Strongly performing tire, so far...

I tend to put equipment through its paces and have been happy with these tires so far. I have about 2500 miles into a set of them and they are still going strong. Some small cuts here and there, but nothing of epidemic (and I've ridden over some rough stuff these past few months)...it also doesn't hurt that I rotate them back to front every so often. One added bonus is that the lime green tires match fairly well with the green fi'zi:k microtex handlebar tape.

Go the distance

These tyres are a great mix between mileage and weight. If your looking to go the distance relatively quickly, these are the very best bang for buck !! Bonus, mine came in under 225g

Excellent budget tyre

- excellent price
- good grip (if not ultimately the best, but not high price either)
- excellent wear, go on forever
- good puncture resistance

Nice rolling tire, smooth feel, so far 300 miles on the pair no issues no cuts etc.

Disappointing

Decided on a pair of these to replace my well worn Gatorskins after reading the very positive reviews on this site. The rear tyre lasted 80 miles before letting go - a loud bang signalled a puncture, investigation revealed a 5mm split in the sidewall. Maybe I was just very unlucky but I have reverted back to the Gators.

Best tire for your MONEY!!!

I have to say I will keep on buying these tires until I find something better for the same price, which I highly doubt. I have put about 3000 miles or more on my tire and time finally came to replace. Honestly they last a long time and throughout that time only had one flat and didn't have to replace the tire only the tube. If your looking for quality and price this is the tire for you.

Best tire value out there

I started using these last season after using the Michelin Krylion Carbons. They wear better, last longer, and can't be beat for the price. I have close to 3000 miles on my current set and even the rear tire still looks great except for some slight squaring off. I just wish PBK could keep all of the colours in stock.

These tires are very long lasting. I've found the puncture protection to be pretty awesome for a tire in this price range. Great for training. Worth the money

Good all round tires

I like these tires a lot they are similar to the open corsa cx tires they are a great price and grip well. I have not had them long enough to know about to wear.

Great all-around clincher

Good ride, handling, and speed. Rolling resistance in my informal roll-down testing is very close to ProRace (which I also own). Plenty durable. IMHO- best value in all-around clincher.
