5Can't say much. Critical component so wasn't prepared to take a punt on some of the far eastern ebay versions which I assumed were fakes. These were the cheapest I found. Also check the 0 float red versions.

5Needed these to replace my previous set which had only lasted 4.5 months, although I do average around 130 miles per week. I have purchased some cleatskins now too so hopefully this set will last a little longer! Best price I found was with PBK who also offer good service levels and prompt dispatch.

Shimano SPD-SL cleats
5Often overlooked, the humble cleat is a key component to enjoyable riding. When you live in sunny Australia and do plenty of miles on a weekly basis, you can expect to wear cleats out fairly regularly. Fortunately, I keep an eye on mine and have never had a failure - even after lots and lots of visits to the various cafe stops on whatever riding route I'm on. And so, when it comes time to re-cleat the shoes, it's almost second nature to whip the old set off and pop a new set of Shimano SPD-SL cleats on. They're easy to fit, especially as I have the sole of the shoe marked. Given the good history I've had with the Shimano cleats, I'm not likely to change any time soon. Excellent product and well priced.

4Not much to review, if you have the pedals, you need the cleats. I like this system, have used for years, works great, not too fussy.

Do You Have A Choice?
3If you've worn out your old cleats, you're going to need these. Do as little walking in them as possible though, or use cleat covers, because asphalt eats these suckers up.
