The part arrived in the original Shimano packaging and has been working fine since installing it. You will find it difficult to beat the prices on ProBikeKit for hardware. If you are your own bike mechanic or have a good friend that is and doesn't mind working on your bikes with you, you should be buying all of your replacement parts here! Be sure to order in advance if you are located in the USA. Since the parts do come from Europe, they take about 2-3 weeks to arrive (2 on the east coast anyway).

The new Ultegra front derailleur design is far above anyone else. It shifts effortlessly to the big chainring. A perfect addition to my new bike.

This front Shimano Ultegra 11 speed derailleur is a work of art. Very close to the Dura Ace in every way. It has ultra smooth operation with little effort from the rider. A great piece of kit and worth every penny.
