Payment Information
We aspire to make purchasing from Pro Bike Kit as easy as possible for our customers. We currently offer the following payment methods:
Credit or Debit Cards: We accept most major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners cards. Please note that if you are using a Discover or Diners card to remember to select this option at checkout.
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you are able to pay by PayPal. Simply select 'PayPal' on the checkout page before clicking 'Submit My Order' where you will be redirected to log into your PayPal account and confirm your payment. Please ensure that the address entered on checkout is the same as the address in your PayPal account.
Please note that we do not accept checks, postal orders or bank transfers.
We will only charge you for your goods once we dispatch the items you've ordered.
If any of the items that you have ordered are out of stock, you will not be charged for they are dispatched to you. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you'll be notified either by e-mail or telephone.
Failed Payments
If your transaction is not authorized by your bank or card issuer, we'll email you to let you know that there was a problem taking payment for your order.
To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
- Check the card details on your Pro Bike Kit account are correct
- Make sure all billing address information is entered correctly
- If all details are correct and your payment still failed, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment to avoid this happening again.
