The clincher version of the evolved world’s best performance tire pushes the limits of versatility.
Graphene is a revolutionary material in the form of a very thin, nearly transparent sheet of pure carbon. In its extreme form it is as thin as a single atom (1/100,000,000th of a metre). Vittoria used Directa Plus Graphene called G+, which is 2 to 8 atoms thin.
The Benefits of Graphene
Vittoria and Graphene ITS and No Compromise
With the application of Graphene in Vittoria wheels & tyres, we have truly developed revolutionary products. Therefore, we have created a new product range called the “Intelligent Tyre System” (ITS)
Vittoria tyres are now intelligent. ITS compounds become harder and softer, depending on the needs of the rider. If the tyre is rolling straight, the rubber is at its hardest and offers low rolling resistance. If the rider breaks, accelerates or corners, the compounds soften and offer significantly more grip. Prior to the advanced development of Graphene, there was always the requirement of choosing between optimising, or aiming at, speed, grip, durability and puncture protection. Effectively, the introduction of Graphene allows for natural material barriers of rubber to be removed, which means that there is no longer the need for such compromises between speed, grip, durability and puncture resistance. All these features are now reaching their maximum possibilities.
Vittoria is the world’s leading manufacturer of tyres with cotton Corespun casing. The sublime performance of Vittoria tyres and tubulars is the product of years of experience. R&D, and advance production technology. At its heart is our mastery of fine-cotton Corespun production. Simply put, the finer the Corespun fabric, the more supple the tyre casing. The casing conforms closer to the roads surface, providing a smoother ride, easier rolling, and better grip. The grade of fabric used in a tyre’s casing is expressed in threads-per-inch (TPI): the higher the TPI number, the finer the threads, the denser the weave, and the suppler the tyre. Uniquely, Vittoria makes casings with 320 TPI Corespun yarn – the finest available.
Vittoria cotton casings differ in thread size and additive content, according to intended use:

Nylon is a robust and durable artificial fibre traditionally used for strong tyre casings. The artificial fibre can be very light but is not as supple as Corespun. Our Nylon casings set a new standard in their class. Vittoria offers casings in Nylon 180 TPI, 150 TPI, 120 TPI, Nylon 60 TPI and Nylon 26 TPT, each equipping tyres at its respective point on the price-performance scale, and all conferring the Vittoria characteristics of comfort, speed and good handling.
Vittoria’s unique Graphene compound with revolutionary G+*, as provided by technology partner Directa Plus. No compromise is necessary with this compound that is superior in speed (rolling resistance), grip, durability and wear resistance.
4 Compounds (4C)
Exclusively developed by Vittoria to achieve performance products without compromise. Vittoria 4C is a layering process, using 4 separate compounds in the same thread. The 4C process offers unmatched versatility, by allowing for separate base and surface compounds, in both the centre and side areas of the tread. Benefiting from the different properties of each compound, including the G+ Isotech, their distribution is extensively tested to deliver the best products imaginable.
3 Compounds (3C)
Applied by Vittoria to deliver all-round products without compromise. Vittoria 3C is a layering process, using 3 separate compounds in the same tread. The different properties of each compound, including the G+ Isotech, allow for the improved experience in all circumstances.

Vittoria make great clincher Tyres’s that suit my requirements for durability, rolling resistance and hopefully speed . My pro bike kit order was easy , fast and very convenient at a good price .
The tires are fast and light. Road feel and grip come through and give confidence when riding. This year I have already had 4 flats and one tire tore open on the second ride. Not the tires fault but I do feel you are giving something up and getting such a light tire. Other tires are going to be thicker and give better puncture resistance. But for speed, grip and road feel haven't ridden better. Make sure you carry a kit to replace the tube or tubes on every ride.
So.... yesterday was my second time out on these tires. I put 40 miles on them the other day and absolutely loved them. Calling them "fast" is an understatement. They perform best on smooth pavement. Literally, it's like cutting butter with a hot knife. Mentioned earlier, I was out yesterday and was at the 20 mile mark. Understandably, I was more focused on the driver making a right hand turn than I was on what was lying on the ground in fromt me. I ended up riding over multiple metal pieces of road debris. The noise was crazy and sure enought I got a flat. But no ordinary flat; the tire was chewed through. So, here I am buying a replacement after only putting 60 miles on it. I'm hoping this was a one time event so I'll be back to post an update after putting more than 60 miles on the next one. ;-0
Great tires. I have about 1000 miles on them and they really aren’t showing much wear. Love the way they feel. Feel very confident when cornering. I like them so much that I recently bought another set for when these eventually wear out.
Where to start.... I bought a twin pack to replace some Continental GP4k tires. At the time, I was riding a Cervelo S2 and found the height and width of the Contis (especially on the front) left very little clearance. The Corsas are far closer to stated size than either my Contis or the previous Schwalbe 1's I had been running. I've paired the Corsas up with Latex tubes and have been duly impressed. Road feel is simply sublime. Tubeless comes close, at least compared to a "normal" clincher and standard tube, but the additional tire material to make a tubeless tire deadens it a little. The tires respond faster to the road surface and transmit that feeling well, but not harshly. I have very little experience with tubular tires, but this combo is as close to that feeling as I have encountered. In terms of rolling resistance, the tires are fast. Having latex tubes speeds them up a bit more too. The pairing was noticeably faster than my GP4ks with Conti race tubes...both by seat of the pants measure and based on several months of Garmin numbers. They corner well and are very predictable. Durability....well, I'm a clyde class rider and can be rough on tires...these ones have stood up reasonably well for such a performance oriented tire. Based on current wear, I'd say I'll get about 2500 km out of them before the go for recycling....it's about on par with my previous Contis and a little better than the Schwalbes. I have only had one puncture on the Corsas....caught a nail and no tire does well against nails. I have picked up some nicks and slices from road debris....nothing super concerning or unusual compared to what I used to get with other performance tires. I've had my fair share of "oops" moments with the latex tubes (they are more fragile / require more care and attention than "standard" tubes) but for the ride quality, I think I'm sold on them. So, why the 5* rating: prices, wear and durability seem on par with other high performance tires. Yes, they are performance tires and definitely have the speed to back that heritage up. When paired with latex tubes, though, the "open tubular" design shines through...the road feel is amazing and the reduced Crr means they are even faster yet. The impression I get is that, with the latex tubes, I've had fewer punctures on the road than with other high performance tires too. So...speed, comfort, confident cornering and reasonably durable. Definitely a winner in my books.
First time user of this well known tires. Got the 25c tires mounted well with my Fulcrum Wheelset. On flat and inclined road it performs what is expected . Will definitely recommend this brand . An eye candy to have too... Probike prices is unbeatable!!!
Have these on all 5 sets of wheels. Love them just wish I could keep them clean as the day they are fitted.
Love these tyres, they make me feel safe and secure through any corner. However the this set is to replace a set that are only about a year old and they have started to delaminate which is a little scary.
thought I'd try them. Previously the best all around tire i have used is the Continental gp 40002. The Vittoria's are like riding on a cloud so smooth. They seem faster too. I did flat with a piece of glass, ( never had a flat with glass on the Continental's only pieces of sharp metal but never glass) they look to be wearing faster but i think it would be hard to use any other tire. They are just too comfortable!
Corsa G+: smooth riding, great cornering, I ride them at 110 in group rides. Moving from Vittoria Corsa KS, and these hold a line better, inspire greater confidence. BUT, moving from a 23 to a 25 on my current rims (Fulcrum 5's) caused issues with tubes flatting from roughness inside the rim. Not the fault of the tire--obviously. But new rim tape, and then more new and wider rim tape, and the problem seems to be solved. Very tight clearance with the 25's. But I love the tire. Still, may have to go back to 23's on my current Giant TCR Competition. I have found 25's (Veloflex) work better on my Giant Defy--more clearance.
