The Vittoria Pit-Stop Inflate and Repair cartridge is perfect for tubulars and tyres. It can inflate a 21-28" tubular up to 6.5 bar and a tyre from 0 to 6 bar, which is enough for you to reach home and increase pressure with a pump. The pure latex foam mixture permanently repairs punctures in tubulars and tyres.

I have used Pit stop for years but Vittoria have an inadvertant design fault. The nozzle on the new design is too soft and is unable to put enough pressure onto the bottles valve to release the sealant. I found the valve would keep sliping inside the nozzle. Its really annoying becaude the previous design worked perfectly. Vittoria please change it back!!!
Used this for the first times during a Sportive miles from home on a front tyre. It sealed quite a decent sized hole. Give the can a good shake. Open the valve and turn it so that it is above the puncture. I put about half the can in then slowly rotated the wheel. The substance eventually began to spit out of the puncture. I then added more through the valve and waited. A minute later the hole appeared plugged and I topped up the tyre pressure with the rest of the can. And was away. The seal lasted all day but the tyre was flat again 24 hours later. I have to give it 10/10 because it solved the problem perfectly.
I used this to repair a puncture in a Vittoria tub from a stray thorn: it was simple to use and re-inflated the tire to a decent pressure. However, it did not completely seal at first so that air continued to slowly leak for the rest of the day.
Nevertheless, it did save me, letting me return home. Having re-inflated with a track pump and allowed to rest, the seal is complete and the tire holds air without problems.
Overall, it is a great accessory to use for tubulars and I will be carrying a spare in my jersey pocket from now on, but I will also take a couple of CO2 canisters to top up the pressure as required!
