I received product. Discount price of delivery is fast and it seems I spend more and buying less costly well. That is great. Strongly recommend it to friends first was purchased in peurobaikit.
Being a hard fast fan of all things Shimano, upgrading the trusty 6700 set on the weekend race bike was an easy decision. I've been through all the Shimano subsets throughout the years, from Tiagra to the odd Dura-ace hand me down via the solid 105 set. Ultegra for me, stands above all, the most reliable and most advanced groupset on the market today. On a slightly negative note, whether 6800 is worth the jump from 6700? From 10 speed to 11? For me, maybe not. The new 'slimmer' design grips are not as comfy as the wider 6700 versions. Although still ergonomically correct in the way your hands sit on top of the levers, they're a little too narrow for my manly hands. Saying that, on a 4 day sportive through Wales, they never once gave me any issues. As for the rest of the kit, 4 spider chainset, derailleurs, cassette, BB, all brilliant, brilliant and brilliant. Personally, the stand out feature is the newly designed cable routing on the derailleurs. Easy to set-up, much slicker when feathering the gears between shifts. I don't know how they've improved upon the already incredible 6700 feel, but they have. Even with 200k, cold, fatigued hands, shifts are light and precise. I've read a few reviews shouting about the improved brake feel. The revised cable routing within the lever, does indeed increase the power somewhat, but in terms of feedback, I don't feel as confident as with the 6700 levers. Again, this will probably improve with use. Overall, an amazing groupset. Quality is second to none and at this price, and absolute no brainer. As for an upgrade from 6700, try before you buy is all I can say, but the advantage of an extra cog, maybe it is worth it after all. Ewan
Thank you for giving me a chance to review. 6800 groupset is excellent groupset for cyclists. It can be used for professional and amatuer cyclists both. I had used 105 5700 groupset several years, and I changed to 6800 a week ago. I have ridden about 500km. during my riding, I have had amazing experiences. affordable price witth durable performance... your riding will be happier, if you have 6800 groupset.
A brilliant group set. Quiet, strong, clean changes, no gears slipping. Feels very solid compared to the Sora on my other bike.
What a cheap price! I can get a this groubpset with a discounted price. Delivery took a little time, but I am fully satisfied because of free shipment. One more thing I want to say that this goods is each new box, not a bulk. Thanks for good deal.
These are Good Products! I used Dura-ace 7900, my another bike assembly by 6800. These has some streaming in shift outer gears vs 7900, but shift inner gears very fast and smooth.
This set has its own bike ULTEGRA more brilliant, the best performance. Especially when other people riding their favors :D
Haven't yet used out on the road due to weather, but have bike hooked up to turbo trainer and so far these gears are super smooth. Guys in the workshop who fitted the groupset were raving about how smooth the gears were and the phenomenal stopping power of the brakeset, from their test ride. Can't wait to get out on the open road!!
