Comfort and Performance from Head to Toe
The two main factors we considered when working with Santini were comfort and performance. If your clothing doesn’t deliver in both these areas then you’re buying the wrong clothing. The PBK Santini jersey is available in both an aerodynamic rider race fit and a classic team fit.
The rider race jersey, as seen above, features Think Opaco fabric on the collar and front panel for a tight, aerodynamic fit. The rear panel is constructed with Cyber Rider fabric which is breathable and offers protection from UV rays. The raw cut sleeves are made using Bodyfit fabric, an incredibly anatomical material.
Like the jerseys, the PBK Santini range includes two tiers of shorts; the Tono Race bib-shorts and Karma Team bib-shorts. The Top-level Tono Race bib-shorts take comfort and style to new levels. Constructed from Thunderbike Power compression fabrics with minimal seams they help reduce fatigue and eliminate chafing. A minimalistic all-black design allows you to pair the PBK Santini bib-shorts with any of your favourite jerseys.
The collection includes all the accessories you could hope for to complete your look. Gloves for comfort and protection, arm warmers and a gilet for variable weather conditions, a cap for chilly days and cool max socks.
The Devil is in the Details
The PBK jerseys are complete with all-over PBK branding promoting our six official sponsors; Campagnolo, Selle Italia, Vittoria, Giro, Look and Santini. A full-length covered zip lest you regulate your temperature while a silicone gripper on the cuff keep the jersey in place whether you’re sat down or out of the saddle.
Seamless, raw cut leg cuffs are a classy touch that improves the overall aesthetics of the PBK Santini bib-shorts. Instead of a restrictive elastic gripper, the inside of the Tono bib-shorts is peppered with silicone microdots which adhere to the skin around the bottom of the quadriceps.
A GITevo chamois pad provides all-day comfort in the saddle thanks to a silicone gel that absorbs vibrations from the road gradually. Mesh braces keep the shorts firmly in place and prevent overheating on even the hottest of summer rides.
