Rock 'n' Roll Absolute Dry Chain Lube

I've used other RnR lubes in the past and I'm a huge fan of their Blue Extreme lube for my MTB. However if all you stick to is bridleways, canal paths, blue routes or road then this is the lube for you! Goes on easy enough (best on a clean chain so it's worth giving it a good scrub and drying it out before adding the RnR), just apply generously whilst spinning the cranks backwards, and don't be shy with it. Then spin a few more times for good measure, allow to soak for a bit then wipe it clean. Voila, all done. Best applied the night before I found, then giving it a final wipe in the morning, you'll be amazed how much dirt this stuff will shift from inside the chain. Works a charm and does exactly what they claim, lubes and cleans at the same time. Once you've applied the initial coat, all you've got to do is wipe it clean, re-apply when needed and wipe again. Being a dry lube, it doesn't attract a load of grit and grime to your drivetrain, meaning it wears less. Therefore your chain, cassette and cranks will last longer as a result, you won't need a separate chain cleaner either so more money saving! Downsides are its not as heavy duty as the Gold & Blue so it's only really suitable for wet/dry on-road, or drier off road conditions, don't go riding through masses of muck with this as it'll wear off quick. Also the application process is a tad wasteful even though its necessary, but bear in mind however you won't need a cleaner so you won't mind so much! All in all it's great stuff, which I can highly recommend.

Great lube. Easy to apply with minimal mess. Gets rid of dirt and grime fast and prolongs the chain's life substantially. Well recommended!

The wife and I are always up to trying out new lubes. Whether it's in the bedroom, the garage, the basement or anywhere that my Park work stand will fit, this lube hasn't dissapointed us in the least! We both love how it eases the friction down there and keeps things running smoothly. Not to mention, this lube actually cleans as well. Okay , okay. In all seriousness, this lube is phenominal and keeps my drivetrain running smooth as butter! This bottle will last for 20+ chain lubes.

Lube works really well, however you probably don't need to drown your chain in it as the bottle states, unless your chain is really dirty.

The lube dries well and makes the chain super smooth, and doesn't collect much dirt at all. Love it.

This lube is amazing, it works as it should and your drive chain picks up virtually no dirt because there is no stickiness to it like most other lubes. Due to how you apply it you do seem to use a lot though so I have now ordered the larger bottle. I wouldn't use anything else now.

This lube is one of the best I have used! As the description says it picks up no dirt , but I have found it very smooth and quiet and it doesn't leave a thick residue on your drive train. Give it a go!
