The new SRAM Red components have been designed with the twin goals of eliminating the superfluous while focusing on an overall synergy. This is a new groupset with a fresh new approach to everything, 6 brand new components make the new SRAM Red the pinnacle of road racing technology.
The new SRAM RED Exogram Crankset is completely hollow all the way to the spider. Its hidden bolt pattern makes better use of carbon fibre to further improve stiffness and shed weight.

Red or dead
I love sram. I'm using it on four road bikes three red and one force. Nothing comes close for slick gearing and low maintenance The red chainset like every part is top flight stuff. Easy to fir works well with yaw front and red rear.

Solid, stiff
Exactly what you'd expect from a top end component. I mated this to the standard SRAM GXP bottom bracket. It's smooth, stiff and works as expected.

love it
I installed these on a 2nd bike (main bike uses all Campy). While different, I really love the Sram Red stuff. When my Campy stuff wears out - I'll be going with Red on the other bike, as well. Understated graphics are nice, as well!
