3Good but one of the packets has popped and was very sticky in the box. Good job it was contained with in the box as had clothing in the same order.

5I find these to be amongst the best on the market and excellent value at the price I got them for. They're easy to get at on the bike, with the help of your teeth, and go down easily. Just add water and you're good to keep going. I find they don't upset my stomach and can manage a number of them in the course of a 5 or 6 hour ride. Vanilla flavour suits me in these quantities, although I do like the others too.

5I use two of these on 100km rides, just enough with drinks to keep me going. The flavours are all good and easy to eat, don't leave any heavy feeling on the stomach and don't leave any sickly after taste. Perfect to stick in the back pockets of a jersey. You won't be disappointed!

5My favourite gels. I use the Green Apple with caffeine. Not too sweet and the taste is pleasant. The caffeine is a bonus.

5Tried and true, good for longer rides, 2 hours plus. Used during Lake Taupo ride 160km (five hours) and help maintain consistent pace.
