What are Energy Shots?

Energy Shots are a convenient and great tasting 60ml drink, ideal for consuming prior to your exercise to help give you a boost of energy. Each Energy Shot provides 80mg of caffeine, over 1g of Taurine and 400mg of Glucuronolactone. The Energy shot also contains a Vitamin B complex blend which includes, vitamin B6, B12, B9, and B3, as well as providing 300% of the recommend daily allowance of Vitamin C. All these ingredients are provided in one easy-to-consume, fruity shot.
