Very Happy
5I am an Ironman. I was changing my workout supplements to more natural items. I found the High5 Sports Energy Gels to be a great alternative to what I was taking for several reasons. Other gels left a sticky mess in my mouth and no amount of rinsing (wasting water) could resolve. The High5 Sports Energy Gels are more liquid than gel and do not make a mess in my mouth. The caffeine ones work excellent when I need an extra boost (early morning workout). I enjoy these and feel that they work so well I pack them in my hiking bag and use as needed while hiking. I would higly recommend this product to anyone.

5Was reluctant to buy mixed flavours but all taste great. I find they give me a boost when I need it and would recommend this product. It works for me! I just received my second box so I don't run out.

5I love these gels as they are easy to digest all day long and don't give you a sugar rush or queasy stomach. I did get caught by my last order containing a few EnergyGel+ sachets as these contain caffeine that do sit as well for me.

5I've ordered these Energy Gel's before (orange flavor) and loved them. This time I ordered the mixed flavors and really like these too. They have real fruit juice in them, have a great consistency (not thick and gooey), and will continue to order these in the future.
