Surprisingly easy to pair and use. Using the pedals on a spinning bike and pair them ant+ on my computer to use with zwift.

I was blown away by these pedals. They are fantastic. So easy to install and pair with my 830. Amazing amount of data and well presented.

Love them

The pedals came stock with the CR1/3N button battery installed vs the problematic 2 x LR44. Also appears to be a small amount of lube/oil applied to the contacts by default and the new v3 battery doors. Firmware was 3.80 out of the box. They were easy to install I needed to use the spacer as was only 1-1.5mm clearance to the chain and I wanted the extra space for safety. Paired with my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro easily and displays the power/balance/cadence etc no problems. I've only taken them out on a short test ride so far but looks good, if you're not getting a readout them likely you need to do a calibration or alignment reset. There's an option for auto calibrate which I've enabled so I get a prompt for that on each ride, all you do is unclip from the pedals and wait a few seconds for it to zero out. So far so good, seems like the problems of the past have at this stage been pretty well dealt with. Happy camper.

2 Weeks with Vector 3

4

I was sceptical, based on the early reviews, but i would say that Garmin has fixed the issues that plagued the earlier versions of the Vector pedals. To be fair - i have not been out in the rain with them yet! Nothing special to do. Fix them to your crank, spin the crank a bit to wake them up, and my FR935 picked them both up. Then just a a calibration (i do one before each ride - just out of habit). Paired with Zwift as well - no issues. I use ANT+ to connect to Zwift, but the pairing screen showed the Bluetooth option as well, so that should work as well. The response is good, the accuracy - well, that is an endless debate about 'which power meter is accurate'! :) All i know is that these are reading within 2-4 Watts of my previous power meter (a Zwatt) so i am pretty happy that my power baselines don't need to be reset.

Garmin Vector 3 Power Meters

5

I have only manage to get a couple of rides with the power meters and I am pretty impressed with the analytical information they give. So far no problems with them and if you like to get good information on your ride right down to if your cleats are positioned correctly and power transmitted to the peddles these are great to have.

Power to behold

This is a quality product from Garmin. Very easy to install and sync with my Garmin Fenix following which it was ready to go. The power read outs appear to be spot on along with cadence. Very happy with this product and the overall Garmin ecosystem.
