Bulky Mounts, unfriendly switches

These lights are solid and well built and are a good value. But I have a huge problem with the switch on the front light. It is hard to push in, especially with gloves, and it is not intuitive at all. When I say that it is hard to push in, even when I am not wearing gloves I often have to attempt to push the switch three or four times before it actually engages, there is no sound or feedback (a click sound or feeling) to let you know that it is engaged. If you are wearing gloves then it is even more difficult, and I pretty much only use lights when the weather requires gloves so this is a big deal to me. You then have to hold the switch in for 3 seconds to turn it off or on, so this is frustrating, but then you have to hold it for 7 seconds to set it to the blinking options, which is what I use most often. Combine these non-intuitive settings with the poor functionality of the switch and this makes this light very unsatisfying for me. To top this off, the mounting hardware for both lights is very bulky but well-made and pretty durable.
