KNOG PWR HELMET EXTENSION MOUNT BLACK
The product is a good concept but the issue is the Hard rubber electric extension cord (the cord in the photo is different) . It is coiled up too tight and is very difficult to stretch to reach my top pocket of my backpack. I've hung the cord with the weight of my helmet over a week and it seems to have straightened it mostly. Now stretched out it measures approximately 28", I've stretched the cord from my light zip tied to the bottom part of my helmet and the remainder goes into the top of the backpack. Knog needs to deal with this issue. Probike I rate as a 5, they got back to me quickly with my concerns and offered me a return. Thanks.
