I purchased the bag and this rack. Installed it in less than 10 mins.
Excellent construction and quality of material. The sides panniers support (the triangle thing) is removable meaning if you don't plan to use the side panniers and want to save weight. You have the option not to install it.
Also I use park tool grease on the bolts to protect it from corroding now I am looking for some plastic material to protect the bottom form mud/water.
cons: I still haven't figured out how to use the bungee cord located underneath the rack..
