Hard case
5Just received my case two days ago after a long wait. Look forward using it for my next trip. Very pleased with the product and service to get to my residence.

Nice bike case
4Do the job. Recently used, no damage on my two road bikes. I remove one star because of the piece of steel used to attach the “belt” onto the case that is too weak (all of them broke during the first flight). Those have to be replace by something more solid…

Good bike box
5I like the fact it's a hard case, and it rolls well. Kept bike secure on an international trip. It's light enough that with a road bike, it's comfortably under 50lbs. Downside is that the seat must be removed and handle bars loosened, so a little extra work vs some other options, but was only 5 min in, 5 min out of total work.

Well built case
4Looks really sturdy, should protect the bike well. Biggest issue I have is with the lack of grip/handles on the box itself.

well built but
4might be perfect for a road bike but if youre after travelling with your gravel bike look for diferrent brand. Had real difficulty to pack my gravel bike in, especially the wheels. The QR axles are useless. Case did the job for my travel but had to improvise...

good, but...
4We bought two to replace Scicon soft bags. A well made case, but: - Handlebars with shallow drops and/or on frames with thicker and/or slanting top tubes must come off. This rotate 90 degrees suggestion just does not work. - Disc brakes? 160 mm discs must come off. If one puts the discs in back, against the plastic, the cup in the plastic is too small and the discs are pressed against the case. If one puts the discs in front, facing the inside of the case, the front wheel disc may cut the back wheel tire. - Through axle wheels? The skewers seem barely long enough. One may need slightly longer ones. And one may need to check the that the plastic inserts included for through axle wheels are the right size. OK for my Scott, but too big for my wife's Cannondale. - 28 mm tires? One needs to squeeze hard to get these fitted into the plastic molding for the front wheel. - One pedal? Maybe I missed something, but that didn't seem to work out well. Both pedals may need to come off. - For both bikes, taking the seat off was enough. No need to remove the seat post. This means one needs tools to take discs on and off, perhaps a disc shoe to align the brakes, and tools for pedals and seat. I'm not sure what Scicon is thinking. Great ideas, and really not too hard to get a bike loaded, but the case design seems stuck on legacy frame geometries, rim brakes, QR wheels and deep drop handlebars. Where is the case for what's wanted now?

Great product, great review
5The case arrived here in the US one day earlier than promised, during the holidays, and in perfect condition. What a well-made, well-designed product! Strong, light, and easy to move. The case is thoughtfully laid out with useful grab handles and stout latches. Simple to pack up. The case seems pretty TSA-proof--they should have no trouble getting it closed and latched up after an inspection. Takes the worry and bother out of traveling with my bike. A great investment.
