Building on the previous model, the Bonza Bike Box 2 is designed to protect your pride and joy from the worst knocks and abrasions caused by travelling. Thanks to the anti-crush technology, in the form of two internal struts and a high impact HDPE plastic shell construction, this bike box won’t crack, even under the highest pressure.
While the contents are kept secure by the 5 lockable catches, the foam-lined internal walls, and the Velcro straps protect the bike from interior rattling and knocks. All this rests upon 4 easy-glide wheels, for effortless transportation from your front door, right to your destination.

Really like the protection it provides. I use it to ship my track bike. For the wheel protection to be optimum it must have a hollow axel which my rear disc does not. Haven’t shipped a road bike yet but suspect this will keep it safe.
Absolutely brilliant never used one before but this was so easy to pack really stable when all fastened in using the Velcro straps and so effortless to move about. Worth every penny considering the quality compared to other more expensive boxes.
The Bonza Bike Box is brilliant. I have had this box for some time now and after many flights with transit and everything, the case hasn’t had any issues. My bike has stayed totally unharmed throughout every trip. This bike box is a perfectly safe and secure way of transporting my bike and is certainly the equal of any of the competitors. The material is very tough and durable compared to other hard cases we have owned. We recently purchased the PBK case as this was on offer, however after the first use it cracked! It looks like the PBK case is a cheaper copy of Bonza and is made from ABS. So it goes to show that Bonza has done the research and developed the material to better withstand any impacts. Definitely worth spending a bit more when trying to protect your pride and joy. All in all the Bonza Bike Box is great and I would highly recommend.
Considering all these boxes on the market are ridiculously overpriced for what they actually are I hope Bonza are making inroads into the market with their heavy ‘discounting’ on RRP. I also have an Alan box so can make direct comparisons. This is a perfectly safe and secure way of transporting your bike and is certainly the equal of any of the competitors . My first impression has been how superb the wheels are, and how effortlessly the box moves and turns around all the obstacles and different surfaces that an airport can put on your way. This box really does swivel on a sixpence and hopefully this performance will last a lot longer than the average Alan wheels. The internal compression bar system is also a lot more confidence inspiring than the simple pole system, though it can make bike positioning a little trickier. The sloped corners of the box , helped with fitting into a vehicle but did cause me to have to rethink how I oriented my frame, and particularly handlebars inside the box - not really a problem - just different to the way I’m used to. The foam looks far chunkier than other makes, but does seem less dense and punctures easily with direct pressure points like brake leavers. I continue to pack with extra pipe landing around the frame, chain wheel and under these pressure points, so again I do not see this as being any more of a problem than other makes of box. The hinges and clasps are standard items and seem up to the job - I use tiewraps to secure them. Finally, I love the colour of mine - a very light blue - stands out across a baggage handling area . Probikekit dispatched same day and were helpful when the courier was far from that., and obviously were offering this box at a much cheaper rate , though it will be interesting to see how their own brand fares at an even more competitive price; they were only on pre-order at the time I needed this box.
It was exactly what you seenin the picture. Great pricing and very speedy delivery. No damage on the product and everything was great. Highly recommended.
Very happy with both the product and the service. Ordered online and was delivered within 2 working days. Have yet to use the product, but absolutely what I hoped for. Seems to be great quality, sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. No issues so far.
Great Hard case cheap compare to scicon and extremely safe.
Summary and positives: I used this bike case for the first time last week flying from Amman to Doha. The first time I packed it took a while to feel out the best position and find a strategic packing methodology. If you have a larger bike (I have a 60cm), get ready to be creative. Regardless, it will fit. I even made space for my helmet, a kit, a bag of basic tools, rags, and lube, and a large pump! Just remember to keep it under 32kg for most airlines. My bicycle arrived safely but the case definitely has some noticeable use after the first trip. The scratches are just blemishes and I expect many more as is called for with airlines handling you luggage. I would definitely use zip ties to make sure the latches don't pop open. All in all, I trust putting my bicycle in this case for sure and if it lasts for at least for years to come, I'll be very happy. Also, the wheels are awesome. Negatives: the case is expensive no doubt, but it's a price I was willing to pay as my job will call for me to travel for months at a time. Additionally, the wonderful crush rods that you put on the skewers are not intuitive and Bonza's online instructions are not very helpful. The one video with the triathlete shows her using her normal skewers. The other Bonza video shows how to use the provided skewers but it is very low quality and it looks like my skewers have a bunch of extra stuff that that video doesn't show. I used them so that my bike definitely would not get crushed, but I'm not sure if I am using them correctly and hopefully the metal rivets will not get damaged. The final thing is the width. No matter how much I rearranged the bike, I felt that the pressure needed to get the case closed was just a little too much. Thankfully the foam is very heavy duty and absorbent so I wasn't too concerned, but make sure you take off your derailleur.
