My Brompton H6L fits in well. The box is slightly less sturdier than I expected it to be, but we will have to see how it holds up in transport. Going on a long haul journey soon. I measured the exterior of the box as 68cm by 34cm by 67cm, which is within the IATA max of 158 so I have not booked it onto the airplane as a special sports equipment box but as a normal suitcase. Will see what happens. It's easy enough to assemble and click in place.

This box comfortably takes my Brompton and accessories. I have a MKS removable pedal and it accommodates the crank fitting easily. Additional foam or padding may be advisable around bike for flying. Be aware the box measures 172cm H + L + W so may not be acceptable as standard luggage with many airlines. The IATA recommended max is 158cm. Appears to be fine with BA and I'm sure OK with others if booked as a 'sports equipment' bike box.
