We are proud to introduce the PBK Heritage Collection inspired by the ‘First ever Road Race’ - the Paris-Rouen in 1869.
The race began beneath the iconic Arc de Triomphe in Paris and from there, the 325 riders passed through St-Germain, Mantes, Vernon, Louviers and finally, 123km later, to Rouen. The race was won by British rider James Moore in a time of 10 hours and 25 minutes. A bicycle enthusiast and pioneer of cycling.
Reflecting on the history of the Paris–Rouen we wanted to pay homage to the historic race with a clean and classic collection which provided a race fit practical for any occasion.
