I have tried a few wheelsets from other brands and decided to try this "budget" model of Zipp. At first i was hesitant but i can say the performance is very good compared to the other wheelsets i owned. Rolling is smooth. Quality is very good. Resistance to the crosswinds is not harsh. Well worth the money. It does not come with pads, so you will need to buy it separately.
