Hollowtech II BB
Great product and easy to intall. Lighter than my previous FSA MegaEvo 386.
BB-R60 Bottom Bracket - Excellent
Replaced my old BB-30 Bracket (105-5600 series) with this (bike 5 y.o). At the same time replaced the Crankset with a Semi-Compact Like riding a new bike - the whole experience is improved but can't say what exactly was transformative as the root cause of the improvement - but this clearly works well. Easy to install - there is a plastic adaptor ring that fits inside a regular BB spanner included, only complaint is that it is very difficult to exert much torque to the collar and the plastic wants to slip off.
Probike saved the day
Unfortunately I had already purchased all the other bits I required but the supplier informed me that the Shimano Tiagra bottom bearing I ordered was not available and offered a similar bottom bearing which would cost about 3x the cost. Thankfully probike came along with there swift and fare priced service to save the day and I was able to enjoy a ride with my son in law on Monday last.
BB Bracket
This bottom bracket is certainly an improvement over the previous one. It spins up really easily, is lighter, and saves a little power. Great upgrade.
