In #5 Chris Froome winning his Third Tour de France was simply phenomenal and becoming Britain’s first ever three-time winner of the race and is the first cyclist to successfully defend his title in over a whopping 20 years.

In #4 The people’s Champion Esteban Chaves with an epic season and always with a smile on his face! His epic season resulted in some mind blowing results including, 1st Giro di Lombardia, 1st Giro dell’Emilia, 2nd Overall Giro d’Italia, 1st Stage 14, and held the Jersey pink after Stage 19 and also a huge 3rd Overall Vuelta a España.

In #3 has to be Peter Sagan Defending his World Championship Title. Beating Mark Cavendish in the searing heat on a 257.3-kilometre route in the desert around Doha which went down to a head to head Sprint! Was certainly the Year for Sagan! Possibly being the best season of his career so far! Super Sagan!

Our Top 10 #Countdown of the most iconic moments of 2016 – In #2 Laura and Jason Kenny Winning Five Golds at the 2016 Olympics With Laura being the First British Woman to win four gold medals and Jason matching Hoy’s tally of 6 Olympic Gold Medals, What a power couple they are.
