It’s competition time at ProBikeKit, and this time we’re giving you the chance to win a complete Forme Longcliffe 5.0 bike, a pair of Mavic wheels, or a cycling goody bag.
All we want from you is a blog article or post that tells the tale of either: your proudest cycling achievement or a funny and entertaining cycling story! We’ll then have a good read through them all and whichever one is either the most inspirational, or makes us laugh, cry or feel entertained, takes first prize.
All in all we will choose three winners, so if you think you’ve got a cycling story worth telling, see below for the rules and how to enter!
How to enter – it’s easy.
All you have to do is log into your blog, post your cycling story, email us the link to the page and sit back and relax. After the competition has closed, we will then be in touch to let you know if you have won one of our fantastic prizes!
Email your finished entries to: Social@Probikekit.com – but before you do, please read the rules below to avoid disqualification, we wouldn’t want that!
What can my story be about?
Your cycling story can literally be about anything. Maybe it’s your proudest moment on two wheels, a funny story, a heartfelt story, a story about a brand you love, a story about a piece of kit you love, a story that will make people laugh, cry or be entertained. Your story is your creation and we’d like to keep it that way.
The Rules
As this is a blogger’s competition, there are a few ground rules:
- You must already have a blog/website in which you regularly post, or have posted in regularly in the last 12 months.
- You must not create a new website solely for the purpose of this competition; it will only result in your disqualification.
- Blog articles can be any length you choose, but must be at least 250 words. It’s your story, so go nuts!
- Please email all blog entry URLs to Social@Probikekit.com , this way we will definitely be able to read your brilliant story!
- The competition is live now, and the end date is Friday 14th March.
The most important rule is of course, to enjoy writing your story and sharing it with the world! We know we’re going to enjoy reading them all.

• You must be 18 years or over at the time of entry to enter this competition.
• You must be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) to enter this competition.

• To be eligible to enter the competition, you must: (i) provide a blog article or post of at least 250 words describing a memorable cycling story that affected you and email it to social@probikekit.com; (ii) already have a blog in which you regularly post, or have posted in regularly in the last 12 months; and (iii) not create a blog for this competition, it will only result in your disqualification.
• You may only enter the competition once.
• There will be three winners. The best 3 blogs will be judged by our panel of 3 independent judges and the winners will be notified via the email address held by the Promoter within 30 days of the closing date.
• The winners’ names will be published on Probikekit social media (including Twitter and Facebook).
• The first prize is a Forme Longcliffe 5.0 full bike. The second prize is a Mavic KSYRIUM SL Superlight wheelset. The third prize is a goody bag of cycling kit.
• By entering the competition you agree to any PR or marketing any member of The Hut Group wishes to undertake to promote its websites or products (using the email address that you provided when you entered the competition).
