Rear Wheel is a lemon
1I received a set of these for an upcoming race last September and the rear wheel was out of true out of the box. I rode on them twice and it got a lot worse so I took it to the LBS and they trued it and then i rode it again and it went out of true again. I have had it trued 3 times and after each ride it goes back to being badly out of true so I gave up on it and bought a Dura Ace C24 rear and it rides perfectly. I emailed support about it and didn't get a response. The front wheel is fine but the rear is defective.

Magical Wheels
5I ummm'd and Rrrrrrr'd about wheels for ages but when these came along at the price I couldn't refuse the offer....and I am very very glad I bought them, light, roll fantastically and more importantly make me want to get out there and ride hills...

great wheels
5Bought a pair when PBK had them for £271. A bit disappointed when I got them, looked pretty ordinary, and bearings not particularly smooth. Set up with Grand Prix 4000s and latex inner tubes, 23 front, 25 rear Wow, so comfortable to ride. Fast, but not really any faster that a pair of RS20's or even R500's. But so comfortable. I love them and prefer the comfort over my Braccianos

Shimano RS81
5I recently updated my groupset (to 11 speed) which disappointingly meant my RS80 Shimano rear wheel was not compatible. After some extensive internet based research the price on offer from PBK was the best I could find. I ordered a new set of wheels at 9am on a Sunday morning and selected standard free postage. To be surprise the wheels arrived at 1pm on the Monday - absolutely fantatsic service from PBK. The wheels themselves are fantastic - very light and very stiff. They look great and perform brillinatly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the wheels to anyone wanting to upgrade - just be careful to ensure they are compatible with your groupset cassette. Finally, I would definitely recommend PBK - the service and speed of delivery was outstanding.
