Shimano RS-21
They are with no doubt the best value for the money on the market today, reliable,solide and confortable the rear hub is a lot less noisy than other ( Fulcrum,Mavic ,Campagnolo ) at this price you wont find any better .
Early days
The RS21 wheels look to be very good value for the money Probikekit are charging but I've only ridden them briefly so I'm unable to comment on durability etc.. What I do notice is that compared to the Easton Circuit wheels they've replaced on my winter bike they seems a bit stiffer and therefore marginally better for power transfer but also harsher in terms of ride comfort. I'm tall and skinny, 68kg so I guess this might be a good wheel set choice for the more robustly built rider. But I'm happy so far.
Good wheelset
Bought a set on a great PBK sale. Rims are true and bearings are smooth. I like the fact that there is a fair amount of metal at the brake pad contact area, for longevity. These will be on my commuting bike, so I don't mind that they are not light.

These wheels are awesome! I recently upgraded to 11 speed, and I needed some strong wheels at a cheap price, and bought these. They are very tough and the rear wheel is a little heavy, but they are very durable for harsh road conditions. The rs21's look super cool too! If you are going 11 speed and want some inexpensive wheels, these are perfect!
disappointed
It took the 23rd to reach to Japan to order this product. Recently, I vertical shake even at that time, but I bought a C24 of Dura, the lateral shake there was to the rear wheels. Vertical shake the front wheels, the rear wheels also this time, it was from mounting the tire by adjusting because there was next to shake. In Japan, I trust the shimano brand, but it seems quality management has not been enough. Although this wheel I have been to have good quality and cheap in Japan. . . I was disappointed.

You wont find better whell for that price quiet freewhell, 16 spoke front and 20 and the rear for a very confortable ride its not my first pair.and they stay true a real bargain from Shimano.

Looks a lot more than the price. Aero spokes are cool My mate was so impressed he bought some to replace the ones on his Specialized Allez with 105 kit!
