Excellent tyres
5After fitting these the ride quality of my Cannondale Synapse has greatly improved over the 23mm tyres fitted previously. Not ridden in the damp or wet to give an opinion on their grip.

5These tires are stunning. Buy them now, buy a lot. They're sticky, tough, and have a low rolling resistance. I bought them for races only but am having difficulty taking them off for training because they feel so good. A tight fit, but worth the effort. It's a shame this isn't a more reviewed and "in the spotlight" tire, because those of us who race on regular, sometimes rough roads need something like this. Shipping was quick and this was the lowest price on the web.

5These are Vittoria's usual top quality ! They are the new super sticky compound, thicker, stronger casing than the CX's or the SR's ...and in the larger 25 profile with a little lower tyre pressure than normal you get a much more compliant and a comfortable ride. Not to mention a far better grip, but that's probably a result of the new ISOgrip compound and wider, rounder profile. Vittoria say these aren't as fast rolling as the CX or SR, but I will say only marginally slower!! Although these are listed as a tough tyre these are by no means a long mileage training tyre but more of a foul weather race tyre or a tyre for specific arduous long events with iffy road conditions and surfaces. Get that right and you have an amazing tyre.
