I ride in Montreal (Canada) all year round and this is my favourite tire for snowy conditions. Great traction, can run pressure as low as 25PSI, good sidewall traction too.
If there was a 30mm and a 35mm option it would be perfect, but only offered in 30mm.
This tyre/tread pattern is awesome! After getting frustrated by slipping and sliding around on Vittoria XGs, I popped on a pair of these and it was like I was nailed to the ground. These tyres have EXCELLENT cornering bite, but still roll well when it is dry. Next best thing to a tubular tyre through mud and off camber slick frosty grass.
These really are the daddys!
They roll well as they are quite narrow, shed mud very well and just grip grip grip! Its a shame that they aren't the lime green colour that they used to be though!
