Good Tire
4This is my second set of these tires. I am a recreational rider (about 1000 miles/year) and these tires hold up well to the bumps, stones, and abuse from the roads that I ride. The blue walls also look great on my Madone!

4I ordered 2 Michelin Lithiot 2 tyres in 25mm. The tyres were dispatched promptly. These are great tyres and probikekit were the only ones with the tyres in the size I wanted.

1Whilst I can't complain too much about these as they were a freebie from Michellin, they are costing me in inner tubes. They do puncture very easily they are a struggle to get on and off when you puncture. I have also had to replace my tyre levers this year breaking two in one incident. Other manufacturers tyres you can get off without lever, but I defy anyone to be able to do this with these tyres. After having had them on my bike for three months, I have also seen cracks appearing in the centre of the tread and so have now gone back to GP4000s as they last a lot longer. I will not be using Michellin tyres again.

4Once again, the Michi's ride high. In terms of cost-effective purchasing this would have to be one of the best tyres I have fitted to my single speed winter bike. Great durability, reliability and safety. And, the blue side wall makes an eye-catching addition to my single speed unit.

I have been using Conti Gatorskins and recently switched to these. I noticed an immediate improvement in the ride.
I prefer the Lithion 2 tires for their handling (I feel more confident going downhill and on wet patches). Also, I think the ride comfort and looks of the tires is superior to the gatorskins.
Don't know about the longevity of the tires yet but I suspect they will be good based on the construction
I use tire liners so I don't expect flats.

Great training tyres
4These tyres are great for training because they are durable and puncture resistant and perform only slightly worse than most racing tyres at less than half the price.

5These are ideal training and sportive tyres. Take my word for it that these last twice as long as Michelin Pro Race but probably still have about 85% of the performance. I cover massive mileage and have numerous sets of these tyres. Very few punctures with them too and I find that they only start to puncture once they are starting to wear out. If you can buy multiple pairs with a voucher code then they are great value.

3A great value for money tyre. Roll really well and wear quite well. Great training tyre. Very hard to fit for the first time, as is often the case with Michelin tyres. Did not cut up as bad as many of the more expensive tyres I have used.
