It looks to be a good quality lube. The only thing is after the first application the chain became dark in no time. Perhaps as I read on others review, I put too much on.
I've used this on both my roadie and MTB and it gives virtually silent silent running. I used to use finish line wet lube (green bottle) and I've found this to be miles better. The only downside I've found is that, if you don''t use it very sparingly, it can pick up a lot of gunk in wet conditions, which necessitates a thorough clean and re-application
I've been using the Finish Line Dry Lube for quite some time now. I bought this as a "filler" item on my last order. I was quite surprise at the smoothness of my chain and the sound coming off it. After a 50 miles ride, the chain looks nice and clean. I think I'm going to switch to this one.
Best allround lube. If i had to choose only one lubricant i'd choose : F L ceramic wet lube. Dust does'nt stick to your chain and last enough to forgive if you forget the next lubricating...
Stays put in bad conditions, but can make chains look a bit dirty. Needs a couple of applications to get 100% efficiency. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase. Highly recommended,
Does the job exceedingly well in all conditions. A bit pricey, but it lasts well. It’s thin enough to coat the chain effectively, yet thick enough to keep lubricating over long periods of riding in bad conditions.
Indeed the Ceramic wet does excellent job on quiet and extra-smooth drive train ! It also lasts long under normal and dry conditions. However it does get black and mucky if you put a lot, which the company says is OK, as the black is due to the components inside... I found best practice to wipe once more the chain after the first ride. Then I leave it for several weeks and more then 300km... Lastly, in warm conditions, the lube stains the floor when the bike is stationary, so watch out over applying or put a rag beneath.
I have tried quite a few oils but this is my preferred choice for my Timetrial bike which for me is the one that counts.
This has been my preferred choice of lubricant for the past couple of years. Every time I lubricate my chain, it runs very smoothly. Works well, even in Colorado weather!
