Durable and well made
4Durable carbon resin cleat with nylon ends to reduce creak and grip when walking. Last very well and offer a nice big support base...especially good pedal system for bigger riders

The Only Thing Missing is a "Re-fit" indicator
4Great cleats. The only thing missing is a system that makes replacing new cleats easier to setup identical to the ones you're taking out without the need for marking the shoe soles or outlining.

These are the same cleats as would have come with your SPD pedals, so you will enjoy the same locked in, zero rock feel that you enjoyed originally. Since these are 1-to-1 replacements for you originals, you don't have to worry about resetting the release tension on your pedal either, unless you tweaked the tension screw in the pedal as your old cleats wore down.
The little bit of soft rubber on the cleat provides some welcome traction if you every ride in the wet or risk walking across the polished concrete floor of your local cafe.
I suppose that the only thing to really discuss is float. Unless you have your cleats perfectly aligned, zero-float presents some concerning ergonomic issues for your knee & hip. Even then, were you to get your cleats professionally aligned, what I've noticed is that after two or three months of clipping & unclipping, my cleat has rotated slightly & needs to be realigned. It's hard to know the exact cause of this & to a point it doesn't matter because some shift in the alignment is almost unavoidable (unless your pedal release tension is set very low, in which case watch out for accidental release). After three months your formerly perfectly aligned cleat may no longer be so perfect & without any float, your knee & hip are having to accommodate the awkward angle & you may be well on your way to an RUI.

Identical replacement and easy to install

I purchased the yellow ones with the 6 degree float for my second pair of road shoes. They were identical to the ones that came with my Shimano R540 SPD-SL Pedals, hence no compatibility issues. The item comes with everything you need (minus the hex key...but if you're a cyclist your multitool kit will have the right one). Instructions for installation are straight forward, and explanation on how to determine if your cleats are worn out are clear.
The yellow portions, in addition to acting as a wear indicator, provide great traction, so you won't go slipping across the floor of your favorite coffee shop when you stop by for a break.
Side note: Prior to removing you're original cleats, I would recommend tracing or outlining its position on the bottom of your shoes. This will help in positioning your new cleats, and minimizing the need for tweaking.
