Shimano ES600 Pedal
Great quality pedal, easy to locate and release cleat, maybe a little more loading to keep the pedal even when trying to locate, but I didn't find this too much of a problem. I used this pedal on C2C in a day ride, and had no problems with my feet/toes. Great price and delivery from ProBikeKit,
