Look Keo Cleats
4Even though I ride a road bike, in the past I have only used Time Attack spd type pedal and cleats. The Keo Blade pedals did take some getting used to if only because the pedal is one sided. Once clipped in, the larger cleat and platform does feel more secure. One thing that I did not anticipate was the short life of the cleat. The grip material wore off after a few weeks and one of the cleats, (the one I disengage the most recently) cracked after three months. For reference, the spd type cleats lasted for several years. In actual riding, the cleat and pedal are great. I only downgraded it because of the short life of the cleat. Of course none of this would be a problem if I could master the track stand technique at traffic lights.

5Fantastic price on these cleats. First order got lost and Pro Bike Kit customer service was just awesome. As soon as I notified them that the order had not arrived they shipped out another set immediately. These are the actual Look brand cleat not some knock off brand. Great product, great price and excellent service.
