Just Spares
4These are just spare tubes to bring an order up to value, they were priced right and I don't see why they would be a lot different to anything else I use.

5The Michelin Airstop Road Short Valve Inner Tubes are the best tubes ever. They are lighter than most tubes yet durable. The smooth valve stem does not chew up the O-rings in my pump. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Quality tubes. Several years of use and no issues. I prefer the smooth stems
They are a bit thick, but I prefer that anyway for ruggedness
Great tube one minor irritant

All road great tube, quality uniform construction, I like smooth valves, actually think it has a better road feel than others.
The irritant for me is the removable valve core, I don't need it and it can loosen if you don't pay attention. I suspect that might be the 1 star reviewers problem. It's the only reason I give it a 4. Really at the price they are here compared to my local prices they should have a 5
Worst valves ever
1I bought 2 of those tubes and both valves failed after a short time. Total waste of moneys.
Report this reviewExcellent and reduces my flats - no valvestem flats either

I am now using these tubes as my standard tubes for all my bikes and my GF's bike as well. I have tried some light Bontrager tubes which for more than one tube failed at the valve stem, and some Conti tubes which I did not like as much either. Some of the Contis were their light race tubes, which one might expect to fail being more specifically race oriented and delicate.. These are not the absolute lightest, but they are super reliable for my experience.
In many years of using them now, I have never once had a valve-stem failure (where the metal valve-stem bonds to the rubber of the tube). I saw that before in other tubes. I think that the threadless design prevents that, as there is no effort or twisting or pushing to slip the pump head onto the valve-stem with these. I just slide it on, flip the pump head lever to clamp it, and air them up. When done, flipping the lever and then a gentle push makes the pump head pop right off. There is never any struggle to get it on or off, and there is no air lost when I take the pump head off because it is so fast and quick. This completely reduces stress to the metal/rubber bond of the valve-stem base to zero.
They are also amply thick without being over thick, and have definitely reduced my flats from simple age and wear and tear. Quality and uniformity has been very good.
I use them mostly with Pro3Race, 4000s and Gatorskins.
I love these guys!
Does its job, good price.
5It's a tube, it holds the air in. Nothing else to say about these other than I love the stem since it's much easier to get the pump off the valve than any other tubes I've had before, which is a major plus for me.
