Top quality
5Bought the 90mm to make a new bike fit. Excellent quality. Visually the 90mm looks short on a largish frame but the important thing is that it's made the bike more comfortable. Lightweight and strong. Bolts are pre greased and easy to adjust. The cheapest price on the net. Excellent service from probikekit, will certainly use this company again.

I bought this for my Cervelo R3 which has the same colour scheme and because I'd seen it on the Garmin-Barracuda team bikes. I mean, if it's use by a top pro team....
The stem not only looks incredible paired with the 3T Ergonova team bars, but it feels stiff for better control and to enhance results on the road.
I couldn't have found a better deal on both products than here on PBK. Thanks guys!
Fantastic stem
5As before this stem is outstanding, it's a very good but not great weight compared with the carbon stems costing twice as much but it's much stiffer than them while Providing peace of mind in the event of a crash, theres a reason why most of the garmin riders still run this stem while having carbon options at their disposal

4I have bought two 3T stems for two road bike and I have been very happy with the reliability. I am more comfortable using an alloy stem and bar compared to full carbon. The 3T ARX Team Road stem fits my need for a high-end product at a reasonable price. 110 mm at only 125 grams with opposing tightening steerer bolts protects my 3T Funda full carbon fork from stress. The big face plate holds the handle bar securely. 4 titanium bolts are a good add on but probably added to the price. Must use a torque wrench with titanium bolts.

I have two issues with this stem. The first is my fault, I bought the 6 degree stem for my Colnago C40. Now I am a traditionalist who hates sloping top tubes and when I put the stem on my bike I realised that the only thing uglier than a sloping top tube is a flat top tube with a sloping headstem. It is horrible in my view! I will swap it for the 17 degree stem so that I can get zero (actually 1.5 deg) degree rise with my 71.5 degree head-tube.
The other issue is the widely known fact (that I notice has not been reported in the reviews on PBK) that the titanium bolts are very brittle and prone to snapping. I knew this, so made sure that i used a torque wrench to tighten the bolts. 3 out of 4 were fine, the last one snapped. In fact, I would have been better without the torque wrench as I probably wouldn't have tightened them as much if I had have gone by feel.
Anyway, I guess the real test is that I am getting the 17 degree 3T team stem as the replacement because once the bolts are replaced with stell ones it will be fine as, for the price, it's a light stem!
Beauty at low cost

Initially chosen as it perfectly fits the color scheme of my bike, but its been a real surprise in performance and finish as well.
Very nicely crafted and performs as good as a stem can do, plus the weight is low!
Cant see a better value stem out there, however the single color option might not suit all!!

I always wondered how the "3T" logo looked white in the pictures. Well, the secret is the white strip on the 3T bars where the stem clamps onto the bars. Great way to highlight the "3T" logo.
I have used a couple of stems in the past, namely Deda and FSA. I decided to go with this stem for cosmetic reasons. I wanted to match the 3T Ergonova bars. The stem is very well built, I like the red strip along the side and am partial to the 4-bolt design which is very similar to the FSA and Deda. This 4-bolt design really gives even clamping force onto the bars and with carbon's tendency to crack under uneven load, this is a design that I specifically look for.
So far so good. No creaks and very solid clamp design. I might just go with the 3T Seatpost as well, but for now, I need to just ride my bike. Thanks!
Simple, as it should be
5A stem should do it's job with no fuss, and that's just what this one does. I've never had any problems with it; no flex, noise or popping, or bar slippage. I can assure that this is a well made, high quality component.

5There is not much to say about a great product if your looking for a light, stiff and reliable stem look no further, if you do not care about titanium bolts you can even save some doe and go for the cheaper white version.

5This is probably the best value performance stem I have used. I have a 90mm on my TT bike and a 110mm on my roadie. Excellent stiffness and a low weight as well. Sure it's not as sexy as a carbon stem but the bang for buck is unparalleled. I would highl recommend this stem. The only draw back is that if you have a bike other than a red/white/black colour scheme the single colour option of red may not suit. When paired with a 3T 'team' handle bar it looks awesome though.
